Rosti Automotive have launched a new Research and Development initiative to enhance our technology portfolio and ensure a focus on Innovation that fits within our business strategy. Critical to our success, is meeting the future needs of our customers, as we head into a new era of vehicle electrification, personalisation and light-weighting to deliver increasingly challenging CO2 emission targets.
Rosti Automotive have made significant investments in R&D over the past 18 months, as well as in supplementary tools, including CAE analysis and in-house 3D printing. Our pipeline of Innovation projects often require a multi-disciplinary knowledgebase and the recent appointment of a dedicated R&D Engineer with 20+ years of industry experience in Polymer Engineering is testament to our commitment for the future.
Innovation relies on a funnel of ideas to be investigated, filtered and developed to ‘application ready’ states. At Rosti Automotive such project proposals can come from a multitude of sources, including exhibitions, trade journals, benchmarking, customer liaison and of course, our operators on the shop floor.
